Donia Touihri-Mebarek​

Donia Touihri-Mebarek was educated at the University  Sorbonne-Nouvelle Paris 3 where she received a Master’s degree and then a PhD in British Studies after completing a dissertation entitled ‘Change and continuity in British integration policies from Tony Blair to David Cameron’. Her research interests include the integration of Muslims in the United Kingdom, multiculturalism and identity politics. She has presented several papers at international conferences on the issues of multiculturalism, Britishness and the reforms of naturalisation carried out in the UK since 2002. In SoMI she is participating in the case study on Muslims in London.
